  • Cartridge Print Microchip Compatibility

    Hi, I've tried a number of different alternatives to Brother's own cartridges without success. At best I have had two colour cartridges that were not rejected by the printer outright, but even they would not give me ink level readings. Are these cartridges guaranteed to work with my MFC-J6530DW printer (including ink levels)?

    • It may be a case if you have tried other suppliers compatibles and have no ink reading you may have the same issues with these. However, until you try them you will not know for sure. All our products come with a 100% warranty so any problems at all and we can't resolve the issue for you you will be entitled to receive free of charge replacements on a like for like basis to try or your money back.

  • Do these contain pigment based ink like the original Brother cartridges?

    The original Brother LC3219XL cartridges contain pigment ink (better fade resistance and water proof) but it is not made clear if your own brand contain Pigment Ink or water based dye.

  • ISO standard yield information on LC3219XLBK / LC3219XLC / LC3219XLM / LC3219XLY

    I can see that you provide more ink in each cartridge but am interested in the number of pages that each cartridge can print as per the 5% yield standard. I'd like this info to decide which is the most cost effective printer to purchase. Cartidges in question are: LC3219XLBK / LC3219XLC / LC3219XLM / LC3219XLY

    • We are unable to advise the amount of page life for the own brand items, only the ink mls.To confirm the difference between the Original and ours.

      The OEM is
      Black 60ml = 3000 pages
      Cyan 16.5ml = 1500 pages
      Magenta 16.5ml = 1500 pages
      Yellow 16.5ml = 1500 pages
      Therefore our brand would have the following
      Black 74ml = 3700 pages
      Cyan 20ml = 1500 pages
      Magenta 20ml = 1800 pages
      Yellow 20ml = 1800 pages
      This is just an estimate only.

    • We only do the packs including the black cartridges. The cartridges can be ordered individually if you require, however the pack price is a better offer.

I ordered ink cartridges which were delivered to me via Royal Mail. although the package was damaged in transit, the cartridges are fab and work well. In addition, the company issued us with a voucher to apologise for the packaging (despite it being down to Royal Mail). A really good company to deal with who communicate well and are supportive. Can recommend them completely!
