    • You require toner if it is advising toner is low. The DR code you have provided is the drum uni not the toner cartridge number. The below link is for the toner we supply for your printer:

    • THE STEPS TO RESET YOUR BROTHER MFC-L2710DW TONER CARTRIDGE

      Open front door of printer (to reveal the cartridge mechanism) and “Front Door Open” will flash on the monitor. Good.
      Next, press STOP/EXIT and CLEAR at the SAME TIME (quick press)
      Immediately after, press CLEAR once again.
      A menu called RESET MENU will appear.
      Click the DOWN ARROW until you see TNR-STD
      Click OKAY
      Click UP ARROW To Confirm the reset.

As expected from the manufacturer's product installed simply and worked first time. Most of all the spent toner cartridge was sent back to Brother (using the post paid label) for recycling in the box the new cartiidge came in, so zero waste.

Our Brother laser printer went a long time just on the demo cartridge it came with so I have no doubt about the rated life of this one. As such it is excellent value. Fitting was very simple and also gave the opportunity to remove a spec of something on the drum. Printer was up and running perfectly again in minutes. You can use the packing to return the old cartridge to Brother for free.
