    • The software on the cartridge chips should detect ink levels the same as original cartridges. However, sometimes this can show depleated upon installation. The only way to know is by trying a set.

  • Cannon compatible 540XL and 541XL poor quality colour printing and lost copy facility

    Bought in December 2021 and fitted this month first time not using genuine Cannon. Print function does work but poor quality colour definition on documents. Using copy function copies are poor colour, faint and incomplete. Any help appreciated.

  • why my new colour cartridge won;t work

    On 22 5 22 I bought new black and colour cartridges. Black is fine but when colour installed printer says "printhead is not installed install print head". I have cleaned the copper plate on cartridge but no luck.
    Old colour cartridge works still.Label on it says "Tri colour but on new one just says colourOld one has a chip or something i/on the plastic strip but new one does not. Am Imissing something or is it the wrong one? What can I do now?
