  • Will compatible toner work ok

    I bought a new Brother DCP 3550 CDW. I also bought a pack of non OEM TN247 high capacity toners. The printer would not recognise them. Not supplied by you.
    I bought a genuine TN243 BK from you and it is fine.

    Will your non-OEM toners work. Brother has no problem with me using non OEM, but with this printer they say you must wait for the toner to run out before replacing it. I don’t want to buy a set of 247 toners from you and then find in a month when I go to use them, that they don’t work.

    • Our toners are designed to work as the originals do. We offer a full guarantee in case you have any issues with the toners. However this won't be apparent until you try the goods in your printer.

    • I have save problem with compatible toner and I found on the original toner the chip is on a loose arm allowing to move up and make contact with the part of the chip, the compatible version has a solid chip thus not allowing for the chip to make contact thus the printer doesn't see it and thinks the cartridge is empty and is at its end of life status.

      I know brother cartridges are more expensive but atleast they do worked.
