  • When will you have more cartridges for the HP 2630 printers in stock?

    • The items are due back in stock shortly. Due to higher than normal printing needs for home working and schooling stock is in very high demand. The items should be back in stock around the 18th May

    You originally advertised them possibly back in stock on the 25th May. I cant wait much longer before I will have to shop elsewhere for them.

    • On the properties window, click the Paper/Quality or Features tab, depending on your software. To print using only the black ink cartridge, change one of the following settings depending on what displays. Click Advanced, click Print in Grayscale, and then select Black Ink Only.

    • We did get some of these back in stock however as they are a popular cartridge then they went out of stock pretty much straight away, we are next due a delivery of these on 07/08/2020

  • How long should a cartridge last?

    I purchased a duo pack of 304 cartridges for my HP 2600 series printer. I replaced the black cartridge two weeks ago and find that the ink has now run out. Could this have been old stock? I am really disappointed as I needed the printer to print off some tickets, so had to go to the supermarket and pay their prices!!

    • We advise that a cartridge should be used within 6 to 12 months for best results.

      Our own brand cartidges do come with a warranty period of 2 years from date of purchase.

    • All printers will come with set-up cartridges, but these have very little ink in them and wont last very long, therefore I would suggest that you purchase some more cartridges at the same time.
