  • My recent purchase

    Hi there,
    I’ve recently bought black/colour 364XL pack and unfortunately my compatible printer had died before I’ve used them! They remain unopened & my new printer is HP Envy 5010. Would I please be able to return the first ones for inks to fit the latter. I’ll of course pay any difference.

    • We ask customers to use their printer model to search for inks. If it does not show up then we do not stock ink for your printer. This could possibly be due to it not being made within the UK.

    • Due to extremely high sales impacted by home and school workings cartridges and printer sales have gone through the roof.

      Also as a result of the Corona Virus in Europe, the collection of empty cartridges, the main component used in manufacturing, has been severely impacted.
      We are probably not likely to get these back in now until early May

    • Either of these cartridges can be used on your printer. The 304 black contains 4ml of ink and the 304XL black has 5.5ml of ink so it should last you longer.

    • We are expecting a small amount of stock on June 19th which should go online that evening or the following morning but we also expect stock to deplete quite quickly. Following that we are expecting to be fully restocked from June 26th

  • I have a 5000 all in one series which is not on your list, why?

    Why are they so expensive and why is the hip free printing plan apparently so cheap? There must be a catch

    • The 5000 is the series number, you would need to search on the model number to locate your cartridges.
      Prices of original cartridges are driven by the manufacturer and sold at near cost, we have little control over this.
      I can't comment on the HP Instant Ink service as we do not provide this service.

  • can an ENVY 5010 use 62 cartridges - this is what it was supplied new

    My Envy 5010 was supplied new with '62' cartridges. I have just bought a new black '62' and it will not work. I note various sites say '304' should be used. This is all very misleading and annoying. I really dont wnat to waste anymore money and feel like throwing the whole thing away, even though it has hardly been used.
