  • Original cartridge have a chip on them will they still work

    There is a computer chip on each of the cartridges which allows printer to identify if they are genuine or not. Will these other brand cartridges still work? Will you refund them if I open them, fit them into the printer and discovered they dont work because the printer cant detect them?

  • All other manufactures use amount of pages inc Epson. No page print numbers you have nothing to be compared to. Pages! The cartridges are only so big

    The cartridges are only so big so how do your 'Tardis' ones get more ink in than anyone else is selling? This may not yeild more pages but just use more ink thus your cartridges would come out more expensive.

    • Page count varies hugely depending on what you are printing, black and/or colour, partial page print, full page print, black and colour text only, photographs etc so can not be worked out accurately as everyones needs are different.

      All our own brand cartridges are filled to the optimum level of ink per casing. Manufacturer's very rarely fill their cartridges to the top, mostly only partially. Our XL cartridges are offered to our customers so the ink lasts as long as possible for them, which will work out longer and more cost effective over time.

We tried these cartridges for our Epson printer as the Epson branded ones run out far too quickly and are expensive. Initially, the printer told us we were not using branded cartridges but we ignored this and glad we did. The cartridges we bought from Cartridge People worked perfectly, have lasted well and were a good price. We even think the quality of printing is superior to that produced by the branded cartridges! Cartridge People for us from now on.

I received my Printing Ink earlier this week, having paid extra for it to arrive on Friday 4th November, the day after making the order. Not what I had expected and despite strikes etc, a disappointment. nevertheless less your product is very good and accepted by my Epson Printer and so thankyou BUT ...........

Arrived quickly but didn’t need to install straight away. Put them in and message pops up saying non OEM do you still want to install. Click yes, printer calibration takes place printed out straight away non fuss no bother. Paid less for the XL pack then for standard OEM equivalent. So far so good.

I have found no problems with these cartridges. The printer did detect that they were not Epson cartridges and tried to persuade me purchase some of theirs but previous reports have confirmed that they work just fine and they do.

My old Epson Printer has stopped working. I sought advice from The Cartridge People and Aidan gave me a lot of useful advice. I have purchased a new printer and a set of compatible cartridges which are a lot cheaper than Original Inks. The price is right and they are guaranteed to work in my printer and should I have any problems with the ink they will replace it free of charge. As yet I can not comment on the cartridges but I have every confidence in The Cartridge People. Becuase of the service and the price/quality of the inks I have already recommended them to my son.

These cartridges are as good as Epsom cartridges and are much cheaper. The black cartridge has nearly double the amount of ink whereas the colour cartridges have over four times as much ink. Whats not to like especially with the guarantee.
