    Just over a year ago I purchased a new HP Envy 5020 and tried to use your cartridges in it without any success. I had no problem returning them for refund, but is it worth trying them again ?

      1 x Black - 17ml
      1 x Colour - 15ml
      We only offer the ml not the page life for these as the page life is based only normally on a 5% coverage on an A4 sheet. This is only one paragraph if you print more than this the page life depletes sooner. I can advise though that the inks are filled to a higher capacity than originals.

  • Are the microchips on your compatible cartridges trouble free?

    I need to replace the cartridges on my HP5030. HP cartridges are becoming cost prohibitive. However your own replacement cartridges would appear to be much cheaper and with a greater capacity. My question is are the cartridge “chips” readable by the printer? I have heard of people using other compatible printers in their devices and the cartridges not being recognised or giving erroneous ink levels and warnings.

  • Will your own brand 304XL ink work in a HP Deskjet 3700?

    Hi there! I use a HP DeskJet 3700 All-In-One Series printer and usually I go for the official HP Brand inks, the main downside is that the HP Brand ink is quite costly. I looked at all the confirmed printers your brand ink is compatable with and couldn't see the HP Deskjet 3700 on there. Does that mean your 304XL in isn't conpatable with this kind of printer? I don't want to risk placing it in and causing any problems for my hardware if the cartridge won't work. Many Thanks

  • Hi, I have a hp Deskjet 2600, what cartridges do I need?

    The printer itself says 304 but your website only show 304XL which then doesn't list my printer as compatible.

    • If you have 304 in the printer now, the the 304XL will be fine. The shell size is the same, the XL contains more ink so will last longer. The printer number you have given is the series number, there will be another number somewhere on the printer for example Deskjet 2620 which will be the model number

  • Printer shows cartridge problem

    Printer shows message "Ink Cartridge Problem" and the text below says "At least one of the cartridges has a problem". Refitting the empty OEM cartridge clears the problem but it reappears when I put the Cartridge People cartridge back in

    • This is a printer series number. Within that series there are various different models, some take different cartridges? If you can quote the exact model number, from the printer itself, we can check for you.

    • For reference - the Original HP XL cartridge has 5.5ml which will print approx 300 pages. Therfore, with more double the amount of ink in our cartridge you are looking at approx 900 pages. This is of course based on a 5% page coverage of an A4 sheet of paper of text only.

    • These are the correct cartridges for the Envy 5020.

      There is no difference between the 5020 and 5020 All in One. This just means the printer has a print, scan and fax option.

I was worried as sometime own brand products don't have the same quality as branded products. This certainly isn't the case with Cartridge People. Good quality and a good price. Love that there is also a recycling envelope for used cartridges.
