Returns Policy

Please find below information regarding Cartridge People's Returns Policy. If you have any questions about this policy, please get in touch with our customer services team.

Unwanted Items

In the event the items you have purchased are no longer wanted for any reason, we allow you to send them back for a credit/full refund within 30 days of purchase. The items must be sent back in an “as new” unused condition, complete with all accessories and in original packaging.

We may make a deduction to the amount refunded to reflect any reduction in the value of the items as a result of using unsuitable packaging or by excessive handling beyond what would be reasonably allowable in a shop.

In the context of an unwanted item, an example of excessive handling would be fully setting up a printer and inserting the cartridges, or unpacking cartridges and inserting them into the printer. At this point, it will not be possible to return the items in an unused state. If you do fully set up the products and are not satisfied with the quality, then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

If you wish to return an unwanted item, please contact us in via our contact form to inform us and we will advise you on how to return the items. You will be responsible for the return carriage charges to get the goods back to us. Items will be inspected upon return to us and refunds will be processed as soon as possible or within 14 days.

Our products are not sold on a trial basis and you should check the specifications of any items and the suitability before ordering.

Please be aware that we will not accept the return of any food items if they become unsealed after delivery, except in circumstances where a fault has been discovered that could not have been identified without unsealing the Products. This is due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

Quality Issues

If you experience an issue with the quality of the products we supply, please contact our Customer Service team and we will do our best to resolve any issues. If we are unable to resolve your issue then we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent out or issue a credit/refund where appropriate.

Please do not send faulty products back to us without contacting us first. If you have a faulty item that needs to be returned, we will send a returns label so the items are sent back to us at no cost to you.
