  • How can I guarantee that a Samsung M2070W compatible cartridge will work

    Previous cartridges haven't worked with my printer - either saying change or incompatible cartridge

    • All our own brand cartridges come chipped with the latest level of software/firmware and have been sold very successfully for some considerable time.
      Of course we can't guarantee 100% success with any printer, however, all our products come with a two year warranty and are backed by our guarantee which covers all eventualities. If there is a problem, contact us, and if we are unable to resolve you will be offered replacement or your money back.

It's a second time I am buying this cartridge and it works with no problems at all. Firts time the printer didn't want to recognise it so it took a little bit longer to accept, then working fine. Second time no problems at all. Very happy about the quality and price.
